Return & Refund Policy

At Naeem Razi, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. We carefully inspect and pack each order before dispatch. Please read the following policy before placing your order.

1. Return & Exchange Period

We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.

Any exchange request received after 7 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Be unwashed and free from perfume, makeup, stains, or any other marks.

  • Have all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

  • Not have been altered, tailored, stitched, or modified after delivery.

For stitched garments, any alteration or modification after delivery will make the product ineligible for exchange.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Clear photographs showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

After reviewing your request, our team will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or exchange.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Exchangeable

  • Items that have been worn or washed

  • Items that have been altered or tailored

  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling

  • Items returned without their original tags or packaging

  • Items containing perfume, makeup, stains, or other marks

5. Exchange Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our customer support team will provide you with the return instructions.

Please do not send any product back without receiving return instructions from our team.

6. Shipping Charges

If the exchange is requested because of a customer preference, size issue, or other reason not caused by an error on our part, the customer will be responsible for the applicable return and re-delivery charges.

If the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent by Naeem Razi, the applicable return/exchange shipping charges will be handled by us.

7. Refund Policy

Our standard policy is exchange rather than cash refund.

A refund may only be approved in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • The item received is defective or incorrect and a replacement is unavailable.

  • The requested replacement item is out of stock.

  • Another situation is approved by the Naeem Razi customer support team.

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method, where applicable.

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

8. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable Return & Exchange Policy will apply.

9. Quality Inspection

All returned products are subject to inspection.

Naeem Razi reserves the right to decline an exchange or refund if the returned product does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.

10. Important Note

Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, and photography conditions. Minor variations in colour may therefore not be considered a product defect.

This policy is intended to explain our store procedures and does not limit any rights that may apply under applicable consumer-protection laws.
